If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. Taking a few minutes to research before buying can save a lot of money and frustration. For things that I use every day, I prefer to pay a bit more if the quality is stable. Reading comments with real body photos is one of the best ways to check sizing.
