Ive started realizing lately how much ongoing roof care really matters, particularly for houses close to the coast. Things like seasonal checkups along with catching minor problems early seem to make a big difference in avoiding larger repair costs later on. I used to think roofs were more of a one-time thing, but weather and age definitely takes a toll over time. Interested to hear how often people here have their roof looked at and which signs they usually watch for.
